The hand-held laser welding gun body has many precision accessories, among which the focusing lens needs special attention. It is very important and can directly affect the welding quality. So in order to protect the focus lens, the hand-held welding is equipped with a protective lens to protect the focus lens, but did you know that? The protective lens is also worn. If it is not replaced in time, the focus lens will be burned. I will talk about the following reasons in detail:
1. Always use without opening the air.
2. The welding product splashed on the protective lens and was not replaced in time.
3. When replacing the protection, the fan was not turned off in time or the lens was replaced in the case of heavy smoke and dust, so that the dust could enter the lens, resulting in white spots, non focus, weak light and other conditions of the focusing lens.
4. There is too much dust on the gun head. When the customer is using it, the gun head is placed randomly at work and off duty. The gun head is not placed according to the correct operation method (with the nozzle facing down) to prevent the gun head from being exposed to the air for a long time, and the dust falls on the protective lens along the nozzle.
5. It is caused by improper use. When the customer uses the hand-held welding gun, he has been working for a long time without paying attention to details, and the protective lens has burned without notice. He continues to use it, which causes the lens to burn more and more severely, affecting the optical path, thus burning the focus lens or the collimating lens inside, and all kinds of lenses, even worse, affecting the optical brazing.
