First of all, you need to see what laser your handheld laser welding is equipped with. Most of the lasers on the market are YAG lasers. The light adjustment of this laser is relatively complicated, and there are many elements that affect the light path. Let me tell you how to adjust the light of YAG lasers.
1、 First adjust the fixed reference indicating light path (generally red light module, but also green light)
2、 Adjust the cavity and the crystal. When the indicator light passes through the crystal, there will be two reflective points on the indicator light fixture, which will be adjusted to one point, and the indicator light will pass through the middle of the crystal.
3、 For semi reflective lens and full reflective lens, it is generally to adjust the semi reflective lens first to reduce the error. The indicator light will be reflected in all lenses. Adjust all reflective points to one point, and keep the indicator light passing through the middle of the lens. If the lens is reversed, multiple diffraction points will be caused. Be careful.
4、 Turn on the laser and use small power single output light to fine adjust the optical path. In general, the concentricity is half reversed, and the full reverse is corrected. If the concentricity is high, only the full reverse is adjusted;
5、 After correcting the beam expander in the hard light path, folding the mirror and focusing, the light adjustment can be ended;
6、 The soft optical path needs to correct the kink and optical fiber coupling module. If the coupling is not good, the optical fiber will burn. Please pay attention; The laser wall head of the light emitting part shall also be corrected with collimating lens and focusing lens.
