The machine bed adopts integral welding and machining structure, and the main parts of the bed are analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software to ensure the reliability and overall accuracy of the machine.

Both sides of the main cylinder break through the traditional mechanical block type bending machine stroke control mode, procurement with world-class imported electro-hydraulic servo valve and grating ruler constitute a closed-loop control mode.

It adopts integral slide block and worktable, with more reasonable force and uniform load distribution. At the same time, it adopts electro-hydraulic servo synchronization technology, the accuracy of the slider can be controlled more precisely. Its numerical control system will calculate the required compensation amount according to the load force when the workpiece is bent, and automatically control the relative movement of the wedge, so as to effectively compensate the deflection deformation of the slider and the vertical plate of the worktable, ensure the bending accuracy, and obtain the ideal bending workpiece. The back stop is driven by digital AC servo motor, and precision ball screw and guided by linear guide; X-axis adopts ball screw and linear guide drive to ensure high positioning accuracy and long service life. Widened and lengthened customized finger blocking，double linear guide finger blocking support frame, can be optionally equipped with 4 + 1 axis, 6 + 1 axis, 8 + 1 axis, etc., accurate and fast back blocking, to meet the diversified use requirements of customers.

The hydraulic system adopts the world-class integrated control system, which reduces the installation of pipelines, ensures the stable operation of the machine, and makes the appearance more concise and beautiful.
