MEN-UD7022 can be used for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other metal pipes. It can also cut U-shaped groove, L-shaped steel, I-shaped steel, rectangular pipe, oval pipe and other special-shaped pipes and profiles. Automatic pneumatic chuck has good sealing and movement characteristics, and can stably clamp square pipe, round pipe, oval pipe, flat tube, triangle tube, l-tube, and other materials. Customers can load up to 4 tons of raw materials at one time with a crane or forklift. The automatic feeding system can automatically transfer pipes according to the cutting program, and there is no need for manual participation in the whole feeding process, reduce the number of operators and improve the processing efficiency at the same time. Equipped with blanking machine and tailing automatic processing function, no manual blanking needed. Using professional pipe cutting software and supporting nesting software, can draw graphics or process text at will, real-time & flexible processing, simple operation, convenient. The maximum weight of single pipe with high cutting load and super long cutting is 300kg, which can be used for feeding and cutting super long raw material pipes.
